This farm is a truly magical place and I did not want to leave. The views of the mountains from the dining table are fantastic and the sunset was breathtaking- the sky here is so vast, this would be a perfect spot for stargazing. The bed was really comfortable, I also loved the cozy vintage/ rustic vibe of the place. The ducks living on the property were a cute added bonus and Eric even left some fresh duck eggs in the fridge that I ate for breakfast! (Thanks Eric!!) The kitchen is super well organized with cabinets/drawers all labeled and I really appreciated how easy it was to find everything I needed. Downtown Brevard feels like it’s straight out of a storybook, it’s so quaint and the locals are friendly, there’s plenty to do and eat, and some great nature spots to explore :) I’m so happy I got to experience such a lovely place and I hope I can come back!

The Serene Farmstead was on a paved road not far from the main road but we saw or heard no traffic. The interesting, unique ranch had beautiful wood floors so slippers would be useful. The bedrooms, with comfortable beds, were on opposite sides of the long, spacious house. Having two bathrooms was nice. We loved the windows with no panes which allowed for great views. The large oval dining room table with 6 matching chairs would be nice for meals or games. Eric had the largest spice collection of any Airbnb in which we have stayed. The tap water was good for drinking. There was an extensive record collection and a collection of usable instruments; the turntable was in working condition.
