This former elementary school converted into a gîte is ideally suited for large family reunions, a weekend with friends or a company seminar. The gîte is spread over 3 levels and offers a fully fenced outdoor courtyard. Animals are allowed. The gîte is as follows. On the ground floor : - a large multi-purpose area with a painting from the school days, a very large table for 24 people, two sofas for a drink near the bar, a TV corner which doesn't contain channels but only a DVD player, a semi-professional kitchen. - bedroom 1 with double bed 140cm, shower room and WC - a separate WC On the 1st floor : - bedroom 2 with double bed 160cm, shower room and WC - bedroom 3 with double bed 160cm, shower room and WC - bedroom 4 with double bed 160cm, shower room and WC - room 5 with double bed 160cm, shower room and WC On the 2nd floor (the children's paradise) : - room 6 with double bed 160cm and single bed - room 7 with double bed 160cm and single bed - room 8, cocooning dormitory type with 8 single beds - a bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Outside, the former schoolyard offers 4 picnic tables, a playground with grass, a covered area, a BBQ and BBQ utensils.
