Wonderful place and host. First thing he did was offer to take us to the store after seeing we arrived in a taxi. He was also very responsive whenever we needed anything. The place is just like the pictures with great views right in front of the beach, and if you go in the colder months the heating works great. The shower was also fantastic. Well made place overall. We were very happy and will definitely be staying again. Thank you Mamikon!

Mamikon was helpful. He gave us exact instructions and we could make an early check-in. The cottage is in a nice place with a beautiful view of the lake Sevan. We enjoyed our stay by Mamikon.

Endroit paisible et magnifique. Chalet privé dans un terrain fermé au bord du lac Sevan. Point d’amélioration pour les prochains visiteurs, le nettoyage du chalet (draps et wc)
