Great stay for family, especially if your kids swim! Clean home and free of clutter!

No hot tub as described, just an extension of the pool. The BBQ wasn't a grill, but a smoker. We also were told we were renting an entire home. We hard alot of unusual sounds overnight and the security lights kept coming on. That's when we realized that someone was living in the GARAGE that was attached to the home. This def should have been disclosed! 4 women traveling together and there was a man living in the garage. Otherwise Carlos was a fantastic host and the property was beautiful. I just would've appreciated some clarity on the aforementioned issues. Otherwise the place was top notch!

Carlos made everything super easy and stress free. We did have an issue with the WiFi when we first got there but someone came and fixed it within like 20 minutes. Also didn’t realize someone was staying in the garage but it was ok they didn’t have access to the home. Loved the home it is beautiful!

Carlos was a great host! Check in was very simple the place was clean and very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely come back!

There are PROS and CONS about this place. PROS- Beautiful house, nice pool for the kids/family to swim in although it’s not heated. Very clean and spacious house. Tons of room to eat a meal with lots of dining areas. CONS- the listing only mentioned that you will not have access to garage BUT it DOES NOT mention that someone else will be staying in the garage. We did not know this or would have stayed elsewhere due to safety concerns. Also the listing mentions there IS a hot tub and I even reached out ahead of time asking to make sure both pool and hot tub worked, only to find out once we arrived that there actually is not a “real hot tub” its just part of the pool it doesn’t heat. Which was definitely a disappointment. Water was leaking out of the fire place when it rained which soaked the entire living room floor which we cleaned up. I think the owner needs to update listing explaining the details I mentioned above more in depth for future guests.
