The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated , just like in the pictures . My family and I had the best time !
Muy bonito y acogedor su espacio, pero le sugiero estar más atento con el tema de la limpieza, por ejemplo la habitación secundaria estaba mal oliente porque las sabanas estaban sucias y olían mal. Muchas telas de araña en partes de la casa. Adicional a eso el tiempo de respuesta de los mensajes fue bastante lento y el teléfono suministrado no funciona.

Our beachfront apartment is located in the heart of Juan Dolio, at the condominium Costa del Sol.
Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.
Costa del Sol Condominium is a beachfront condo that has 2 towers with private parking. It also has private security 24/7 making it a great place for vacations.

On 2015, Carlos at 17 years old, began working with his dad on the family’s small business. Eager to help, he got a new idea: to help his parents manage their vacation property in Juan Dolio, in order to provide additional income for his family. Inspired by his engineering classes at college, Carlos always knew that the most important thing was great properties, always inspected before the arrival of the guests, and with the best cleanliness possible. Along this path, the most difficult thing has been working with contractors & property owners who do not share our vision of hospitality and what it means to have an excellent vacation. Despite the challenges, Bellamar has successfully become the #1 vacation rental company in the DR, with a fully staff office in Juan Dolio and more than 3000+ reservations per year.
