The 120 sq. m villa can accommodate up to 4 people in its spacious 2 bedrooms. Layout Indoors Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, Rock Sand Villa welcomes you with an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49” Smart TV, and a MARSHALL Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the living room area there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people.
