Excellent stay with a responsive host. The unit is very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes plates, cups and glasses. Fast wifi with a Smart TV.
The unit was clean and the space is big enough for 3 adults and a baby. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I liked the kitchen as it is fully functional plus they have big fridge and a hot and cold water dispenser! It is in a great location, walking distance to Ayala Central Bloc and Sugbo Market. Massage place and Restaurants are also just around the corner. The Guards at the lobby are hospitable and kind.
Everything that was listed on his place is all accurate. It is super close to the famous Sugbo Mercado night Market and a walking distance to the mall. There is also a few massage places around the area, for those who love visiting massage places like our group. Overall, we really had a nice stay at Park’s place.
My favorite place I stayed so far in IT Park! A beautiful large space, super fast wifi, and all the accommodations inside and outside the room. Thank you!
We love our stay in Park’s place during our vacation. The host is quickly responded to our requests and concerns. Building staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and cozy. We love to stay here again.

Super near to all malls, eat out, night market and so much more. You don't need to spend a dime calling for a Taxi since its all 3-5mins walk :)
