William's place is great and I hope that everyone appreciates his attention to detail. From the softest toilet paper to the perfection of a yard. His place is perfect for anyone to enjoy. A great mention is the birds, squirrel, and the cutest racoon that passed by every now and then. Thank you William From us here in Canada.

Rick was great! Greeted us when we arrived, and was incredibly responsive. Loved the screened in porch. Was so nice to sit on the couch out there with a blanket and watch the TV. Will be back!

Wonderful stay! So convenient. We found his place last minute to stay the night before the eclipse and appreciated that he kept the price reasonable - didn't jack it up like all the rest of the last minute rooms in the area. He was very friendly and accommodating - meeting us despite our late evening arrival. And the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable.
