Quiet Village appeal with easy access to Interstate 81 and Route 13. Being centrally located, Homer offers many options for a great getaway. Walking distance to downtown Homer that has many locally owned restaurants and quaint shops. Short distance to Homer Center of Arts, Cortland Repertory Theatre located in both Little York Park and downtown Cortland. In close proximity to the Finger Lakes Region and Mountain ski areas for all season adventures. We have a 2-level apartment that has one-bedroom with a queen size bed, small living room with an additional futon for sleeping, kitchen and bathroom in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs and a BBQ grill to enjoy the outdoors. In the lower level is a dining area and living room. Also located in this area is a washer and dryer for you use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available.

very warm and cozy. At first was a little concerned being next to a gas station (noise) but found it very quiet and private. Inside was very clean and had plenty of space. Host were very cordial and attentive. close to SUNY Courtland and well worth it.
I surprised my girlfriend with a trip to see the eclipse so I really needed something quick and simple. However what we found when we got there was something much better. The home was so cute and cozy that we were both upset we couldn't spend more time there. The place was spotless and it had such homey vibes with an inviting living room, adorable kitchen, and picturesque master bedroom. We quickly discovered Bob and Mary's collection of boardgames and we ended up playing a fun game of monopoly (though horseopoly was a close second). Overall I could tell that Bob and Mary truly love their space especially with all the little creative details that made the space beautiful. They were very responsive, provided so many local suggestions for restaurants/businesses, and if we weren't in a rush for the eclipse we definitely could've taken advantage of them. I hope to be back in the future. If you choose this place you will not be disappointed.
Bob & Mary are incredibly wonderful hosts! We forgot something at their place and they messaged us shortly after we left to let us know and to coordinate getting the item back. Their instructions for check-in and our stay were very thorough. Our whole stay was seamless. Their space is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The location of their Airbnb was very convenient to get around town and to Cortland College. I would highly recommend and will be staying again during return visits. Thank you for hosting Bob and Mary!
Superb! We loved the convenient location. We could walk across the road to a pizza place or bar, 2 gas stations a stones throw away both with food. Very, very convenient. The apartment was very clean and had way more space than we expected. Awesome gem, highly recommend.
