We stayed for 3 nights and the property is full of flies everywhere and is not hygienic. There was no kettle in the room, the service of food was slow and food tasted bad and below avergave. Rooms and bathroom are small not worth 11 thousand per night at all. Hotel doesn’t have its own cab service and there’s no Uber in the area. Somehow we got a private cab on the day of checkout and while waiting for it the reception staff got rude and forced us to check out before our cab arrived. When we requested him to send someone for the luggage he said staff must be roaming outside your room you can call them on your own. Very disappointed with the last 3 days of experience in this resort. Host doesn’t even regard you staying, doesn’t reply on messages doesn’t ask if everything is okay and doesn’t check on you at all. Basically no one cares. They got money and that’s all. Property is okay but for this high price they should have offered much better experience. I do not recommend this place.

Had stayed at this place with family and it was so serene and the view was wonderful. The staff were friendly and the had specially arranged bonfire for us . Definitely recommend and will visit for another longer stay
