The stay was very nice and perfect for the 4 of us to stay in. It was also close to the station which was very nice. Though the place could use some touch ups and the bathroom shower could use some better cleaning. Would definitely recommend this place as the coffee shop was very close and yummy!!

Searching for the best price quality and proximity to Dublin center we came across this location and it is a good compromise. The neighborhood is pretty cool with a nice walk along the Canal. Also close to Train station & bus stops - 20min away from Temple Bar. It was also pretty clean inside the apartment with all the equipment neeed. Bedrooms are really nice & cosy. You have also a nice terrasse in case the sun is shining. Overall, a pretty good stay in this location so I would recommend.

We booked this before there were any reviews. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilets don’t flush well and you do need to walk to another location to find the key. In addition, the address provided in some spots has the wrong apartment listed which caused us to search around different parts of the building to find the correct entrance. This is obviously not ideal after a long travel day. The building has a musty odor and the apartment had an odor as well that we were thankfully able to air out. The apparently is decent inside but in my opinion not worth what is charged.

Great location. 15 minute cab ride to center of Dublin and 10 minutes from train station. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again

On the plus side, the location is great for a train station, grocery store, and small cafe. However, the key to enter is located a half a block away in a lock box chained to a light pole. Not convenient when tired after arriving and luggage has to be carted around in the rain. Upon entering each time, there was an odd, musty odor and we had to open all of the windows. Paint buckets were left on the patio, and paint was peeling in places. The main issue was with both toilets. We read a review about the toilets from 2023 but thought surely they had been addressed by May 2024. Both toilets needed multiple flushes to completely flush, creating embarrassment for people sharing a bathroom. The company did say they couldn’t get anyone out on the first day (a bank holiday), but we were there four additional days with no addressing of the issue. I wish I had better things to say because the location was perfect for travel.
