The house on Altamont in Birmingham was perfect for our family to spend time together with space to congregate and for everyone to have their own space to relax. The porch offers a breathtaking view of Birmingham morning, evening, and night. The bedding and furniture is comfortable, baths are well appointed. The house has all the comforts of home. We’d love to stay there again next time we are in Birmingham!

The rental did not disappoint. It was as pictured on the website and provided the space we needed. Our family enjoyed the large deck and beautiful view of Birmingham, particularly at sunset and at night with the city lights. The main floor provided great space for cooking and dining as well as family gatherings. The beds were comfortable and certainly accommodated our large gathering. The downstairs ceilings and some walls are not “finished” with wall board (as expected based on the pictures provided on the website) but temperatures were a bit difficult to regulate with the basement tending to be cooler than the upstairs; thus the downstairs space was not well suited for little ones. But we adjusted. We greatly appreciated the host following up to our request for a high chair and Pack’nPlay and safety barrier. We experienced just a few problems: Body wash container were empty; garbage was never collected; the Roku was not connected

Wonderful stay with fantastic view of the city and gorgeous sunsets. Host was very responsive and helpful. Every amenity we could think of had been provided, even child cups and silverware. Would definitely rent this house again!
