Bring the whole family to this bright spacious house, with just a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Upper Hutt City including Brewtown. We have a Ping pong table to play, toys, Cornhole and a backyard for the kids to run around in down a quiet Grove. My older daughter who is 15 in May is available to babysit if needed for $20 an hour. Happy to discuss this further. - Spacious lounge with a new 65 inch Smart Tv including YouTube. - Large kitchen and dining rooms. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. - Three bedrooms with new individual pocket string beds, 2x Queen beds and 1x King. - Separate large office off the dining room with a desk for those who have work requirements. - For those with kids, there’s toys in the office for the kids to hang out. - Infinity hot water. - All new linen and towels provided. - Washer Dryer combo provided with washing powder. - Unlimited Fiber Wi-Fi with information provided at Check-In time. - Smart lock access with information provided at Check-In time.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood with the house at the entrance of the Grove.
There’s alleyway shortcuts to a Riverside walk in Trentham, this is also known as the Hutt River Trail for cyclists.
In the opposite direction there’s alleyway short cuts to Upper Hutt City’s Main Street being Ferguson Drive, this makes an easy walk to town past a wonderful Cafe called Sugar and Spice near the corner of Whakatiki Street.
