Snowmobile trails are accessible directly on the lake or right next door. Apartment is located on the second floor (upstairs from a garage) so you must be able to climb a flight of stairs to enter. 2 bedrooms (both full beds) 1 bathroom Kitchen stocked with all the necessities, just bring your own food and drinks! WiFi included & ROKU in TV Brand new build! Easy to find! Within walking distance of First Lake General Store, Lopstick Outfitters Fly Shop, & Moose Alley Cones. Located directly ON THE SHORES OF FIRST CONNECTICUT LAKE Located about 15 miles south of Canada - so bring along your passport & take a visit to our neighbor country to the north! Located on First Connecticut Lake, bring your boat or rent one! You could not ask for a better spot to go fishing. Or you can take a drive to the “trophy section” of the Connecticut River. Great spot for a fly fishing trip! Drive a few miles north to drive along the famous “Moose Alley” to spot some moose! Not far from lots of awesome hiking trails Check out the amazing foliage during Autumn, it really is breath taking! There is something fun to do all year round in Pittsburg :) come for a visit! Make sure to sign out before you check out. Linens are supplied (bedding, extra blankets, towels, hand towels, facecloths, dishcloths) - but if you plan to go swimming/boating etc. please bring your own beach towels Bring your own personal care items, food, & drinks. During your stay, a coffee/espresso maker, coffee/espresso, sugar, & filters are provided There is a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and in case of a power outage - there are flashlights and extra batteries There is another rental on the same property so there is a shared path for access down to the lake. There is a shared dock and 200 ft. of shared shore frontage. You will have full access to the right side of the 40 foot dock which has space for two boats and the 50 feet of shore frontage/beach area to the right of the dock (the right meaning when you are looking out to the lake from shore) ***ATTENTION PET OWNERS*** I am a dog lover too! I welcome *well behaved house trained* pets...if you plan to bring your pet(s), please let me know ahead of time and remember, it is YOUR responsibility to thoroughly clean up after YOUR pet(s). - A broom, dust pan & vacuum are provided so you can thoroughly clean up any left behind dog fur before you check out. - Also, all pet poops need to be cleaned up & disposed of properly. - Please keep all pet(s) OFF of the furniture – most importantly including the beds - at all times (thanks!) *If these house rules are not followed, you will be charged a fee of $75.00. 1. I expect ALL pet fur and ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. I provide a vacuum & a broom & dust pan for you to use during your stay and before check out in order to thoroughly clean up after your pets. Before you check-out, please leave Stelly's Apartment in the condition it was in when you arrived. You will be charged a fee of $75.00 if this rule is not followed. 2. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT OFF ALL FURNITURE AT ALL TIMES. If there is evidence of any pets on any furniture, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 3. Accidents happen...If your dog causes damage, please do the right thing and let me know directly. Then the situation can be addressed and settled either directly with me OR AIRBNB Resolution Center if need be If any of these 3 house rules regarding pets are not followed, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 for EACH rule that is not followed. *please follow the house rules - a fee of $75 will be charged if the house rules are not followed. ****HOUSE RULES**** -If something is broken, missing, or not working correctly or if you have any questions or concerns at all, let me know immediately! I will do whatever I can to make it right and fix it ASAP - please do not wait until you review my apartment to mention it -Please show respect for other people’s property and leave the apartment exactly as you found it -Mind your neighbors (quiet hours 10pm-7am) -No smoking inside -Turn off any lights when not in use -Lock all doors and windows any time that you leave the property -No pets allowed on any furniture at any time -Wash, dry, and put away all dishes before check out -Take trash out to the bins located under the outside stairs before check out -Accidents happen. If any damage is done or something gets broken, please let me know. If you do not let me know what happened you will be charged a $75 fee
