Generally beautiful and clean. The host company was responsive, but not actually helpful. My main issue is that we were not allowed to use the master toilet, leaving us with only one functioning toilet. There was a sign on the master toilet saying not to use it. When I reached out, the host had nothing helpful to say. The only remaining toilet was EXTREMELY loud and could be heard flushing throughout the house. These toilet problems aren't ideal for a young family after a long drive. There was also an insufficient amount of towels and I had to dry off after a shower with a hand towel. House had a minor residual smell of Marijuana. This place filled a need and I even reached out to stay another night because we needed extra rest. However, if a toilet isn't usable, they should reimburse some money / take the time to fix it instead of booking back to back. It's been a week and I haven't heard back re reimbursement. It's professionally managed and that's obvious- not in a good way.

Sara was a great host. Communication was amazing. The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I would recommend.
