Amenities include clubhouse, pavilions, adult and kiddie pools, gym, basketball and badminton courts. It has exclusive bridge way access to SM City North Edsa, one of the largest lifestyle hubs in the world. It is accessible to major public transportation, buses, cabs, MRT/LRT, jeepneys & tricycles. A cozy fully furnished 1-bedroom unit which is perfect for a family or small group of 4 persons. It has 1-double deck bed which can accommodate 3 persons and a sofa bed for 1 person. It has also built in closet/cabinet. The living/dining area is provided with 4-seater dining table with LCD TV mounted on the wall. The unit has a full functioning kitchen equipped with electric stove top, microwave and fridge. Basic utensils (for cooking/dining) are also provided. Spacious toilet and bath has water heater for a cold/hot shower. Washer/dryer is also provided in the unit. Basic amenities are also provided. Need I say more? Of course, WIFI is also complimentary. This unit is adjoining to another unit, in case, more than 4 guests will occupy.

Well the place is so convenient to store and malls
We loved the place and we are so happy to be back. Ms. Eden is always making sure that we are comfortable and provides whatever we need. We will definitely book her place again. Her place was our home for 2 weeks. Thank you for accommodating my family again.
A very nice and clean place, well-organized. The host is very easy to talk to and responds quickly. There was an issue with water shortage during our stay but they provided us with containers.
We stayed there for 9 days and all I could say that it was absolutely a good experience. We are family of 4 and we fit in just right per the unit size.
Place is great but your vacation will be spoiled due to unfortunate event of unreliable water supply in the tower where you will be staying. Heads -up: as stated by one of the staff of the building water supply will be unstable until the start of the rainy season.

SMDC Grass Residences is close to the major transportation hub. SM North EDSA has its own public transportation terminal which caters buses, express transit, taxis, jeepneys or even tricycles. LRT and MRT are close to the condominium as well. Escape to the North via NLEX which is few minutes drive from Grass Residences.

We are young couple, Florencio and Eden Lopez; currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We live in Manila, but our parents are from Batangas and Ilocos Norte. Bookworms, movie buffs, coffee drinkers, fridge magnet and hard rock café shirts collectors and pasta lovers! We enjoy life as active travelers. We have visited 300 cities in 52 countries that provided us great learning of different places, history, food, culture and of course people. Though, we lived outside the Philippines for more than 20 years as expats; we (still) provide a true Filipino hospitality. While you are in your journey, you cannot at all realize how strange it might be, but we always do our best to give comfortable and memorable stay in our units :)
