The villa is beautiful and lives up to expectation, it was a huge part of making the trip very enjoyable. Appreciated Piero and his attentiveness and helpfulness as a host. Highly recommend this property.

Trust that I do not take pleasure in writing a negative review but it is important that the airbnb community is aligned. Responses from the host were very limited. I was greeted by two strangers after waiting outside for about 40 minutes. As you enter, the front door glass is being held up by duct tape, Lights flicker, some lights work, half of them dont. Stains on 90% of the furniture and are covered by old blankets, floors in some areas are black from dirt, hand railing is being held together by zip tie. The list goes on but I hope you get the point. This property is NOT "totally renovated" as the host describes in the listing. I wouldn't suggest this property even if it was 50 euros per night.

The villa is big and spacious. Enough for 12 people. There is 1 supermarket about 5mins walk nearby.

Great house for a group ! Large, ample living space (both indoors and outdoors). Plenty of bedrooms, great pool/garden, and centrally located in Cannes. We were 11 and this had more than enough space. Gave all the sense of "joie de vivre." Would highly recommend.
