We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The outdoor space is phenomenal and setting is picturesque with a small stream. The drive into town is just a few minutes and is super close to Gatlinburg Trail, one of the only dog friendly trails in the Smokey Mountains National Park!
Great place to stay! The Host is great at communication and the scenery is beautiful at this lodge. NOTE: It is on the mountain side and the driveway is very steep, so be prepared to put your car into a lower gear to get up that driveway.
We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice and close to downtown Gatlinburg. The driveway is a little steep but that was accurately described by the host so we were prepared. The house/floor feels slanted inside but everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Before we arrived, I had to reach out to get the code. The agreement that I signed it stated that I would get it the day of arrival. We were a few hours out before we arrived, and I had to request the code to get in. While we knew before hand that the driveway was steep, the pictures are very deceiving. The best way to describe the driveway is like going up a roller coaster at the beginning of the ride. We arrived on a Saturday, and noticed the dishwasher was broken, we contacted them and someone didn't come out until 4 days later to fix it which was the majority of our stay. There was only 1 hand towel in the kitchen so we had to use some of the towels from the bathroom since we had to clean dishes. There were no regular cups for drinking so I would plan on bringing red solo cups. There was only enough silverware for 7 people. When they say it is a chef's kitchen what we had available was not at all a chef's kitchen in my opinion. The view was great & did get to see bears.
Allen is an Awesome host and very responsive! The cabin was perfect and everything we expected it to be. And the hot tub was so so nice! We had a relaxing great time! We will definitely be booking again!!!
