We stayed at the Fairway House from May 9 to May 13. John was a great host, very responsive and attentive. The house is in a very good location and the pictures do not make justice to this beautiful, cozy and well equipped house. If we get an opportunity to go back to TCI, we'll love to stay here again. Great location, walkable distance to Beach, Resturants and more. Great place, photos don't do it justice, pool a few steps away. Would recommend and return.

John was super sweet and responsive. The home was so beautiful and comfortable, we absolutely loved our stay. It was super close to everything you’d wanna do on the island and can easily get around by foot if really needed. We loved our stay! Thanks John!

John's place was just right for our five day visit. It is roomy, comfortable and very conveniently located. The backdrop of the golf course was nice while enjoying our coffee on the back porch. The beach was a short five minute walk. Also, there were safe and convenient options right outside our door for running, which we did daily. If you're looking for an affordable "near the beach" option, I would definitely recommend John's place.
