Set in a quiet, older-style development, this lovely, spacious, bright apartment is a refreshing change from the many dull modern apartments in the surrounding suburbs. Its colourful interior adds a stylish but homely touch to your prospective stay. This first-floor apartment has beautiful green views over the development's gardens and the living space is not closely overlooked by other properties. Set up with two queen beds for up to four guests, you'll find air conditioning in the living room with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and a portable fan available in the second bedroom if needed on a hot day. Heating via the air conditioning system and portable heaters is also available for the colder months. Parking for one car on-site is free of charge in an allocated outdoor parking space and local street parking is available if you need extra parking. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook at home and there is also a nice dining area besides the kitchen. The apartment also has a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Cute and cozy apartment with quiet yet friendly neighbours at great location where is close enough to walk to everything you need (shops, bus/tram stops and station). The place is very well organised with all amenities as described plus bits and pieces you need if you want to cook but don't really want to buy (such as spices). The place even had some cute artworks and plants which added extra welcoming/ home-like touch often other commercial accommodations lack. Host is very responsive with professional manner, all instructions were super clear, and nothing was left unattended. I almost wanted to keep this place secret and that's how good it was, highly recommended!
Very clear checkin instructions and easy to contact for help immediately if any required as mobile phone number provided. Generously offered a late checkout without fuss. Nice quiet area easy walk to Coles for supplies. Comfy beds. If you are after a good value stay on Melbourne Southside this fits the bill.

Melbourne tram route 67 links Elsternwick to the Melbourne city centre. It travels along Glen Huntly Road from Carnegie, through Glen Huntly and Caulfield South to Elsternwick and, then, via Brighton Road and St Kilda Road to the CBD, via Swanston Street. It terminates at the University of Melbourne.
