Exceptional opening in June for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the beach landing of the Allied Forces. Chateau de Goville was built in 1789, the year of the French revolution. Few years later, it was enlarged considerably by the owner, who designed also the garden in an English style. During WW2, the castle was occupied by the German Army and was liberated on the 10th June by the American Army. Goville is located 20 minutes far from Omaha Beach and 8 minutes far from Bayeux.
