It is in an exclusive, gated urbanisation and has a well maintained garden and a large communal pool (open in summer only) It's also a great option for longer stays or remote working, with high speed WiFi and plenty of space to work. This property is set over 3 floors, with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can enjoy the multiple terraces for sunbathing, BBQ's, dining and relaxing, whilst soaking up the views over the golf course and mountains - 1 master bedroom with en-suite and a four-poster bed & private terrace - 2 large bedrooms, both with twin beds. - in addition we can place up to 3 additional foldaway beds with mattresses & bedding into the bedrooms to sleep 3-4 people in each. There are also two additional bathrooms. The games room is on the lower floor, it has: pool table, Fussball, table tennis, selection of free weights and workout bench (note, pinball is not working). The large kitchen has everything you need. With modern appliances, a seated bar area and large dining table, leading to the open plan living room with a stylish, electric fireplace. There is a convenient laundry room and parking on the drive and in the secure, gated entrance for several cars. You can walk to restaurants, a spa, and 3 top-class golf courses on your doorstep! Wonderful townhouse with incredible views over the golf course and mountains. I stayed with my family with an 8 and 10 year old, and the games room Was a hit. The restaurants on site are fabulous, the clubhouse and el Jinete, and only a short distance away. Check in was so smooth and I felt confident that Tania was on hand if any issues arose during our stay. The house is incredibly spacious and everything was easy to use and well equipped. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend
Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido genial , fuimos un matrimonio con 3 hijos , la comunicación con Tania y Sue fue muy buena , siempre pendientes de nosotros, la ubicación fué perfecta ya que queríamos tranquilidad y aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó, la casa al ser tan espaciosa y con buenas vistas nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutarla. Tiene entrada privada con puerta automática y aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la casa. Nos fué de mucha utilidad al estar lloviendo. Estabamos a 10' en coche de La Cala de Mijas donde tienes todo tipo de Restaurantes , tiendas y playa. Y si quieres un SPA balneario está a 200 metros de la casa . Sue es super amable y atenta con nosotros. Recomendable 💯.

There are however restaurants, golf and a spa in walking distance as well as tennis, a gym and the facilities of the La Cala Golf & Spa Hotel just a short walk away.
