We were a group of four that came into town for a graduation ceremony in Forest City. The hosts provided proactive, friendly communications that were just the right amount. The house was very well equipped and stocked, we did not want for anything. It has obviously been recently renovated and we thought it was very tastefully done with combining old and new. There is a three seasons porch, living room, game room and outdoor gazebo which are great spaces to chill out. We loved being able to walk everywhere for coffee, restaurants and shopping. If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Very fun stay!
The home was very clean and everything was new inside. The game room was the cutest! The record player was a great surprise. The outdoor seating space was very nice and the side panels helped block the sun. The beds were comfortable with great pillows.
The location is perfect! Walkable to the brewery, other bars and restaurants, grochery store, and lake front. Everything was very clean and well put together. Perfect spot for a Clear Lake getaway!

Neighborhood is well established but near downtown. Sidewalks make for an easy walk or bike ride with kids to explore. Quiet but you can hear the town buzzing in the distance with festivities. Please be so respectful and kind to neighbors as the are great people!
You will hear city park concert music from the distance especially to enjoy out on the patio.
Easy for driving and very walker friendly, bike trails throughout the town
