Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Well located just North of the Christchurch CBD, we are approximately 12 minutes from the airport and have great facilities on the doorstep. Our house is an 1950's Art Deco gem that has been recently fully renovated for maximum comfort. Featuring two bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, there is no need to share. This Sanctuary on Sawyers Arms Rd has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Our sanctuary has been recently renovated. It is double glazed and fully insulated with 2 heat pumps for warmth. Bathrooms have heated tiled floors and ensuite has a wet-room style shower. Appliances, fixtures and furnishings are brand new.

位置很不错，距离Warehouse、Countdown超市和购物中心只有300米远。房源内主卧有一张1.8米双人床，带全功能卫生间。次卧有两张1米单人床，带全功能卫生间。有洗衣机和烘干机。厨房里厨具齐全。有前院、后院。后院带车库，不过车库并不提供给房客使用，房客的车子可以停在车库门口，刚好一个车位。希望房东回复信息最好及时一点。另外后院的监控摄像头正对着后门、厨房和餐厅，也多少让房客有点不自在。总体来说这个房源的性价比还可以，我住了两次，共4天。
房屋对面就是一草坪。周边步行可到大型超市和购物中心，离机场挺近，我们度过了非常愉快的一晚
房子装修很新，生活用品齐全，热水很充足，网速达到100M，很快。房东夫妇很善解人意。虽然主卧朝向马路，但门窗隔音效果不错。出门左拐顺大路不到300米就有一个大超市。值得推荐。

Well located just North of the Christchurch CBD, we are approximately 12 minutes from the airport and have great facilities nearby. Northlands Mall is practically across the road with a huge range of shops including 2 supermarkets, eateries and even a cinema. There's lots on the doorstep for adult and littlies, with the Graham Condon Recreation centre, Papanui Domain across the road with 2 playgrounds, public use tennis and basketball courts. We are right on a fabulous bike path that goes alongside the railway line down to the central city, Botanic Gardens, Hagley Park, the Canterbury Museum and all the city's offerings.
