Please respect my health > Community quite hours between 10pm and before 8am - El Segundo is a peaceful quiet community. > NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the house anywhere on the property. This has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $1000 penalty will be charged. > No backyard/patio > No washer/dryer > All guests must have a valid working phone number so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in non-refundable cancellation of reservation. > Please respect my future guests. My cleaning crew requires all the time after check-out to prepare for the next guest. Guest must check-out on time. Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate (this can vary from the rate the guest booked at).
