Quiet neighborhood but yet very close to plenty of restaurants (Kosher/Halal options as well), outlets, bars, hikes, schools, University, freeways, basketball/sport parks, hospitals, gyms and fast food places (majority of these place are within walking distance or within 10 minute drive) and great weather!
Majority of things to do are within walking distance. Getting around with a car would be faster and easier if you don't necessarily enjoy walking and of course easily accessible with Uber/Lyft transportation.
