Your Private Oasis in the heart of the city. When I found this property, I was attracted to its location. I could see the vibrant renaissance happening in the neighborhood . The house itself was a deplorable mess and offered a fallen ceiling in the living room, which became the catalyst to remove all of the ceilings which led to removing all of the walls and all of the Flooring too, lol. The end result was a modern cottage with vaulted ceilings on a fenced and well landscaped plot. My goal with his home was to create a private Villa like experience that you might find an expensive resort, just with a much more affordable price point.
