SOFT OPENING - May -June 2024 (more photos soon) Welcome to Avenca, the Scandi-inspired tiny house where the city meets the beach. This former workman's cottage has been fully renovated with all the comforts and has a perfect location for a great Lisbon getaway: 3 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 walk to the train station (10 minutes to Cascais, 20 minutes to Lisbon). Since we live/work/study abroad, we are happy that you stay with us and take care of our new tiny beach and surf retreat when we are away. After many years in pursuit of a workman's village (vila operaria) tiny house, we have finally managed to one just a few meters away from Parede and Avenca's beach. where we can come for a beach and surf getaway! Since we have been living in Copenhagen since 2016 we have been inspired by Scandi living and design. Hope you enjoy Avenca da Praia and the vibe from Linha de Cascais as much as we do. Treat it as nicely as you treat yours back home. The mezzanine upstairs require that you climb stairs that some guests find steep. Thus may not be recommended for those with mobility challenges. The perfect workcation base (solid wifi, a strong dining table (that can double as a working table) and AC for the warmer days) that can give you quick and easy beach/surf/city escapes.
