Enjoy a beautiful sunset from your balcony overlooking the canal. Watch boats go by, birds swoop down to grab a snack, or enjoy the views from inside the condo where you can see complete water views from the living and dining rooms. Even the bedroom has a peek of the water and a full view of the pool. This newly remodeled and furnished property is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the second floor. The bedroom has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep 4 people. This complex has 19 units, this unit is in the middle building on the second floor. There is no elevator on site. Guests have access to the pool, boat slips (first come first serve), and fishing docks. There is on assigned parking space. Boats and trailers may not be parked in the parking lot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked on the street. There is on assigned parking space. Our stay here was amazing!! The balcony was beautiful, there was plenty of room inside, and we felt very at home. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
The location was great. The place had plenty of space for a one bedroom. The view outside was great and had nice sunsets. We would and probably will stay here again in the future.
The interior of the condo was as pictured everything was new. Very clean and comfortable for my husband and I. The view of the bay was great and it was a perfect spot for a sunset view. Amanda was very responsive when I reached out to her. The exterior of the condo is a bit older but you do have access to the dock and an outdoor community deck and a small pool.

We had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The place was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I especially loved the balcony! It was so nice to enjoy the water from the room. The shared deck space was so nice as well! The pup pup enjoyed the open space in the house and we were thankful to have the enclosed balcony space, so we didn't have to worry about him running off while we read and enjoyed our tea. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay!
