Looking at the sea you will also see our neighbor island, Tenerife, with El Teide, Spain’s highest peak. You will feel lost to the rest of the word, surrounded by nature with access to different trekking paths that reach the Tamadaba Natural Park. Our house is just 5 minutes away from the sea by car, and surrounded by the most secret beaches on the island. In Agaete, the closest village, also a few minutes away, you can find real Canarian restaurants and a well preserved historic center. In the summer, the sun shines for 12 hours on our solarium. You can also refresh yourself in our swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi, private and only accessible to our house guests. The Jacuzzi has been designed to be used by children, having no pool curbs and only 50cm depth. During sunset you will be able to hear the sounds of nature, local birdlife nesting in the heights of the majestic Valle de Agaete. At night, you can also enjoy the rare experience of watching the stars with no light pollution. In the interior of the house we offer you all the comforts of a modern house, large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living / dining room / kitchen; Windows on the ceiling to sleep watching the stars and everything with a very neat decoration that we hope you like; Appliances, mattresses and new furniture, wide access and windows that next to the interior garden make the interior fuse with the exterior of the apartment. Si decides venir a distfrutar de este lugar estarás en contacto directo con la naturaleza, con vistas al valle más bonito de la isla, al Parque Natural de Tamadaba y al mar y la vecina isla de Tenerife con el pico más alto de España en el horizonte, el Teide. Tendrás la sensación de estar completamente alejado del resto del mundo, en medio de la naturaleza, donde puedes hacer caminatas de diferentes distancias por la montaña y alcanzar el parque natural de Tamadaba. La casa está a 5 minutos en coche del mar y de las playas más secretas de la isla y del pueblo de Agaete, con puerto, múltiples restaurantes auténticos canarios y un casco antiguo muy bien conservado. En el solarium se puede tomar el sol durante 12 horas en verano, refrescándote en la piscina o en el jacuzzi, que son privados, de uso exclusivo para la casa. El jacuzzi está pensado para ser usado también como piscina para los más pequeños, sin bordes y con 50cm de profundidad. Cuando cae el sol podrás escuchar el especial sonido de las pardelas que anidan en las alturas del majestuoso Valle de Agaete y observar las estrellas sin contaminación lumínica. En el interior de la casa te ofrecemos todas las comodidades de una casa moderna, baño amplio con 2 duchas, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y en salón/comedor/cocina; ventanas en el techo para dormir viendo las estrellas y todo con una muy cuidada decoración que esperamos que te guste; electrodomésticos, colchones y mobiliario recién estrenado, amplios accesos y ventanales que junto al jardín interior hacen que se fusionen el interior con el exterior de la vivienda. Ofrecemos el servicio de climatización del agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi. No es necesario en casi ningún momento del año, ni para la mayoría de los clientes, además tiene un coste energético importante, pero están a tu disposición estos dos servicios individuales: 1) Calentamiento jacuzzi (30ºC aprox.) - 25 € funcionamiento durante el primer día. - 12 € cada día posterior para mantenimiento de la temperatura 2) Calentamiento Piscina (25ºC aprox.) - 40 € funcionamiento durante el primer día. - 19 € cada día posterior para mantenimiento de la temperatura. Puedes solicitar uno o ambos servicios, antes de tu llegada o en cualquier momento durante la estancia.
