Our home can comfortably sleep 7 guests or an additional guest on our chaise lounges in the Master Bedroom. There is direct access to our personal dock and private association beach. Fully stocked kitchen but if you wish to dine out we are close to a variety of restaurants that also have live entertainment. Welcome to our Lakes Edge Escape on the shores of Lake Winnisquam! You will find a dock, sandy beach and boat launch on site. Our home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer unit, sun-soaked office,family room spaces with amazing views and a private patio space for entertaining your family and friends. First floor includes bedroom with queen size bed with private slider to the patio, full bathroom with washer and dryer, comfortable living and dining space with gorgeous views of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen and patio area with a grill and seating. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king size bed that looks right out to the lake, with a front room (all windows) for seating, lounging or "working" if you have to. The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a pull out trundle, a slider that leads to a small deck overlooking the back yard garden and patio. Our Escape includes front row breathtaking views of the lake and mountians. Enjoy the convenience of your own dock slip for up to 24 feet, and a private, association boat launch! Within the Lakes Edge association you will find a large, private sandy beach with private swimming areas as well as a community playground and fire pit. Enjoy all of those and also relax in comfort with with central air conditioning and gas heating in the home. This is a non smoking or vaping home and is not pet friendly.
