Everything about this house is absolutely brand new. Littleton is a very cute town. The owner doesn't brag enough about the views from this home of the mountains and the fact that there's a stream (small river) in your backyard with a continuous river over rocks (very calming) flow sound. He also doesn't brag enough about the renovation, It was done perfectly. Great place. Great owner and very easy going - The owner reached out to me the day before In case I had any questions or anything.
