Discover our new apartment, in the heart of Puerto de La Cruz, renovated in 2024 and a few meters from the sea. With the famous Lago Martianez and its beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. We offer you a space that is used to the maximum. You will not lack anything to make your stay wonderful. All the services you need are a few meters from the accommodation. Stroll through the streets of Puerto de La Cruz, enjoy its gastronomy, its leisure offer and active tourism. This beautiful apartment, renovated in 2014, a few meters from the famous Lago Martianez and its beach, is equipped with all the services you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment consists of a balcony facing the main avenue, equipped with a precise iron and marble garden set, where you can enjoy the sunsets. The living room is equipped with a comfortable Cheslone sofa bed, where a third guest can be accommodated. We continue in the living room with a table for three people and a latest generation Samsung TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the messages and small appliances you need, complete with microwave, refrigerator, hob and oven. A closet for cleaning products and a bedroom with a double bed, some cute little tables and a large closet, another Samsung television. The bathroom is equipped with a chucha dish, Electronic Thermos and a 7 kilo vertical loading washing machine. Come meet him!

El apartamento es precioso, totalmente fiel a las fotos. Está perfectamente situado: cercano al centro del pueblo, al paseo marítimo y a la zona comercial, además hay un supermercado a 50 metros y una frutería local estupenda justo al lado. El mobiliario está nuevo y la decoración cuidada, no le falta detalle. Nos encantaría volver a alojarnos aquí.
Schöne, sauberere, neue Unterkunft im Zentrum. Supermarkt und das Meer sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gastgeber gehen auf Wünsche sehr gut ein.
Alojamiento excepcional. Todo exactamente igual como se describe en el anuncio. Buena ubicación, todo muy limpio y la cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. Excelente ubicación y una comunicación genial con la anfitriona. La llegada al alojamiento autónoma y muy sencilla. Recomiendo 100 por 100 este alojamiento para pasar unos días en el Puerto de la Cruz.
The apartment is new and very very clean. Wi-fi is fast, kitchen well equiped. There is also a nice balcony where you can eat. Supermarket and restaurants are really close. I definitely recommend this apartment
It’s definitely our best Airbnb stay ! We are so impressed 😍 The main thing is owner’s attitude to his guests, it’s perfect. He is trying to help you in really everything. We arrived much more earlier- and he was ok with early check in. He gave us list of interesting places and restaurants, supermarkets location etc , ordered taxi . All what we asked for were ready in few minutes. Very polite and respectful. The apartment is very clean, stylish and comfortable. Everything was prepared for our arrival. We found everything for comfort stay inside ( even a coffee) . Towels, bedsheets look like a new . Location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Views are breathtaking . Highly recommended

Lago Martianez and its beach are 5 minutes away, the beautiful Plaza del Charco with its fishing pier is 10 minutes away, and the famous Loro Parque is a nice 30-minute walk near the sea.
