We were delighted with this place. Looked just like in the photos. Beds were comfy and it was quiet and thoughtfully decorated and arranged.. Located right by the river and we loved that it was on the first floor. Furniture was very comfortable and pretty. I believe the neighbors may have left the front door propped open once or twice which wasn’t ideal but that’s not Corey’s fault and we just quickly closed it I am not the best with tech so I had a little trouble with the keyless door and Corey called me immediately from his child’s baseball game to help! This was a LOVELY place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!

The house is adorable and equipped with everything you could want. The location is great and everything downtown is extremely walkable. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Cory's place was perfect for myself and my work colleague's trip to the city. We had to attend a conference near the Market Square Plaza and this Airbnb was perfect for walking over there each day. Additionally, there are tons of restaurants nearby. We used the parking garage for parking, which was kind of expensive, but there was lot of street parking available too. The airbnb was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed.

The unit was well cleaned and well furnished, with good quality linens, bed, utensils and toiletries. Communication with Cory was easy and he was quick to respond. Although the unit is on street level, it was not noisy. Overall, a great stay. The only thing I would mention is that the master bedroom is a little bright at night, because of the light coming from the building corridor which passes through the glass around the main entrance to the unit. Just bring a sleep mask and you should be ok!
