We had an awesome time at the Grünberg Haus. The decor was awesome and the hosts even better. We had a great time and would absolutely go back again. The common areas were among the most fun we’ve seen in a B&B. Duane and Leah are gracious and committed to being a top notch B&B and we are excited to going back and seeing how they continue to invest in the property.

We loved staying here. The room was absolutely impeccable and super clean as well. Everything around the house was fun and well thought out and the communal vibe was a nice change of pace.

Duane was awesome. Love the space. He even setup a dog kennel for our dog so we could stick around Vermont for another day.

Exceeded our expectations! Great hosts, charming place. Excellent common areas, makes for a perfect place to stay for multiple families who want to stay together. Close to Norwich University.

I never considered myself a B&B type of person; I enjoy amenities and keeping to myself. However, after staying at the Grunberg Haus my mind has been opened. After hiking all day we came to meet Duane, who was the most chill person I have ever met. He showed us around and made sure we felt at home. We went to the local market, bought food and beverages, and prepared a lovely dinner in their kitchen. Then we happened to see people who we had met earlier on the trail and we stayed up late eating, sharing wine and stories, and singing songs around the fireplace. Breakfast the next morning was coffee, juice, quiche and pastries; a great start for our day of exploring Burlington. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.
