Allison was very helpful and communicative. However the accommodation is advertised for three people but there were insufficient kitchen utensils for three. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It’s also advertised as having parking but the car park didn’t seem secure and we ended up finding an alternative arrangement because of this. Other than that, an issue with bedding was solved easily and quickly and the accommodation was clean and the actual bed was comfortable.

Not a bad property, was clean and tidy. It was in a private area away from other properties. Would say it's only big enough for 1 adult and 1 child though. Host was responsive and helpful

'Golden Haven’, initially a quaint cottage however nestled between an alley & carpark. A few things found: Sofa fits 2 kids but 2 adults, nope! It's a tad small for normal size people! Can't get the TV to work, there’s other entertainment available. We particularly enjoyed the search for the 1 & only towel! Whilst searching we found a generous: 1 plate, 1 bowl plus 4 small glasses. Like a cold bath or shower? You're in luck! Spend time trying to get the Hob & Boiler to work. Thankfully we were given an extra hour to checkout which helped us to work out how to turn the Hob & Boiler back ‘off’ again. Scenic outdoor seating, out front, by the bins. Exotic fake Palm, capturing the essence of our location (Berkshire). Floorings for anyone with elderly relatives or penguins due to the slippery nature of it. WiFi conveniently on a tiny sticker on the windowsill (one with the most moths). Bonus, it’s printed in a font suitable for Ants. But mostly, make sure to enjoy the 1 towel!
