With only two 5 star reviews we knew we were taking a chance on a “new” property. But, it’s not a “new” property — all or most of the host reviews are for same apartment — had we seen them we would not have booked. The location is convenient but across from a loud working harbor. The communication was spotty - our pre-arranged check-in was delayed by 45 minutes when host told us they couldn’t get there until 17:00. The apartment looks like the pictures but is very worn and needs attention — several lights are out and/or missing bulbs in dining room, living room and bathrooms (vanity lights in both bathrooms are missing bulbs), can’t open windows so no fresh air in bedrooms, radiators in kitchen living room and entry are all broken (there is a small portable heater). Again, all these issues were in some of the host’s reviews from last year. The apartment was clean and thankfully when we sent the hosts a note with the issues they allowed us to cancel and refunded our four unused nights

Fantastic location: steps away from the Spanish Arch and a minutes walk to the Latin Quarter. Could not be more convenient!
