Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With panoramic views of the Iroise Sea and Molène Archipelago marine reserve, and 2-minutes walk from a beautiful, calm white sand beach, we would like to welcome you to our newly renovated holiday house. Far from the crowds, you will discover a Brittany with a rich natural, cultural, gastronomic and historical heritage. When the wind is right, Kite and wind surfers and sailors can walk with their equipment to the local beach (Kerhornou), while surfers and bodyboarders have a selection of breaks, covering all orientations, within a 25-minute drive, including nearby Blancs Sablons. Walkers, hikers, and joggers have the famous GR34 walking trail at their doorstep which offers itself to exploring this part of coast on foot. The path winds its way through successions of cliffs, coves and white sand beaches interspersed with small fishing ports and villages. With your eyes on the sea, you will be able to spot dolphins or seals in their natural environment. Points of interest not far away include the highest menhir in Europe, "Kerloas", the westernmost point in mainland France, la pointe de Corsen, or the lighthouses of St Mathieu, Kermorven or Trézien. During the French school holidays, kids can join one of the local horse-riding holiday camps or sailing classes (French language / count a 10-20 minutes drive). The large, private garden and large south and west facing bay windows offer dramatic views of the coast and Iroise marine reserve. A beach bar offers refreshments and entertainment in summer, while the local village has a restaurant and convenience store, and boasts one of Brittany’s best breweries (Arvarus), which hosts which hosts an organic market, a fishmonger, and fun events every Friday. Nearby, the idyllic village and port of Le Conquet and its surroundings are ideal for village walks or gastronomic excursions, while the city of Brest is a 30-minute drive has lots of tourist attractions, including an award-winning aquarium. 30 minutes from Brest airport and train station, and 1 hour from Roscoff ferry port.
