The main house has a great sense of space and has been carefully prepared to accommodate you during your stay. Packed full of original features, the thick walls make the house extremely cool in summer and cosy in winter. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with TV, wood burner fireplace and a dining area to comfortably sit 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for entertaining large groups. Leading out from the kitchen, there is a shaded terrace with large eating area and BBQ. The front of the house is a real sun-trap and perfect for eating lunch outside. In the summer, the ping pong table keeps both the big ones and little ones amused. The swimming pool features wide steps that are perfect for little ones to paddle and comes with a large terrace, sun loungers and parasols. For parents’ peace of mind, the pool is equipped with alarms and is visible from the kitchen and shaded terrace. The entire property, including the pond, is securely fenced, providing an ideal space for your children to explore without worry. Bedrooms: On the ground floor, there are two large double bedrooms with a shared bathroom (including shower and bath). On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom (including shower) directly off the bedrooms. There are lots of original exposed beams on the second floor, notably in front of the bedroom doors, it’s full head height, but please be aware in some areas, ceilings are sloped. The gite/summer house comprises of an open plan living and kitchen area, bathroom (including shower and bath), beautiful large double bedroom and a sofa bed for two.
