The flat is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, spacious, light and welcoming and well equipped with everything you might need. Very comfy beds and a lovely shower. Fantastic location and a great base from which to explore Bristol, an easy walk to shops and restaurants of Clifton, the city centre and the harbour areas. Simon was a great host, responding quickly and helpfully to questions and proactive in offering flexibility regarding check in and check out. Highly recommended. Look forward to going there again.

Simon was a great host, really helpful and flexible with us! We only stayed for one night but the apartment was lovely and we will definitely be back! Walking distance to Clifton village and suspension bridge. Highly recommend much nicer than some other Bristol airbnbs/hotels. 👏

We had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The flat itself is lovely and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (modern kitchen, all rooms super clean, very comfortable beds). Simon was great to communicate with, very proactive, friendly and helpful, and gave clear instructions for check in/check out (all of which was straightforward). The location in Clifton is perfect for restaurants/cafes, the Downs, central Bristol, and it was very handy having an allocated parking space. I can’t recommend Simon’s place highly enough!
