Relax with the whole family or even two families at this peaceful cottage on the edge of Abersychan. With an infrared sauna, cosy living area and outdoor fire pit with plenty of outdoor chill space, surrounded by trees views, it’s the perfect bolt hole. We have two lovely village pubs within walking distance and plenty of local hikes. We are just 10 mins from keepers pond, our local swim spot and 20 mins from Abergavenny, a quaint market town with numerous amazing cafes and restaurants. This is our family home but we are living elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Please note there will be some personal items in the property such as books and games. The property is linked to an annexe which is also let on Airbnb (Oak Tree Nest) this is available for extra accommodation. The two can be linked via a bathroom with lockable doors. Please note this means it may also be let to other guests during your stay however there is next to no noise transferred between the two areas and they have separate entrances and parking. Please message to discuss this. The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, a large bedroom with bunk beds plus single bed and a small room with a single bed. There is a cosy lounge with seating for 5 people and a dining room/office where the sauna is also located. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 5 ring gas hob and double oven. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax in the garden as well as chiminea. We have a hammock and hammock chair as well as rattan seating set. We currently have four lovely chickens on the property but I’m not sure whether we will move them at some point during summer.
