This is already our 2nd stay at Eugene’s Place. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the small villa! The beauty of the rock formations, combined with the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, made for the perfect getaway and pre-birthday celebration of my daughter. The private pool and the stunning beach view created an idyllic setting that allowed our small family to unwind and recharge. The villa itself was charming and well-appointed, offering all the basic comforts we needed for our 4-day stay. I can't wait to return again. Thanks Ms. Eugene and team. :)

The beachfront view was perfect together with the huge coconut trees. Location is near some tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Caretakers were accomodating. Our main issues were: - kitchen is a bit dirty (rusts and smelly) - cable tv was not working - property not fully fenced (other people lingering in the property)

We had a wonderful family time in Eugene's Place. The beach is just a stone's throw away and you can have amazing views of the ocean especially during the golden hours. My son loved the pool and water was replaced every 2 days I think. We love the bermuda grass as we could walk barefoot or just lay around. My son also enjoyed the beach may it be low or high tide. There are a lot of hermit crabs crawling which my son enjoyed learning. If there is something I wish the place can be improved, the water pressure is low in the kitchen sink thus washing dishes is a bit of a challenge. And the bathroom sink needs repair. But overall, we had a great stay and would still like to come back. The place is worth the travel time & money!

two thumbs up! Perfect location. secluded, serene and great if you wish you have privacy. Absolutely loved it! The only issue we had was the water pressure, it wasn't as strong as how we are used to. The internet was also intermittent but this could very well be due to the weather since it rained a few times when we were there. The owner was easy to get in touch with and Rose Ann is always ready to help. We will definitely come back! I already recommended the place to a few of my friends because it was an awesome stay. 💚💚💚
