The house was perfect for our first family trip to the Poconos. We had 7 adults and 5 young children. We travelled from Long Island and stayed for the week. Instructions were very clear and the house was easy to get in. The house is super spacious with a ton of activities/games found in the basement along with an absolutely amazing backyard. The jacuzzi was unfortunately not working during our trip and Sabrina actually refunded us some money for the inconvenience. There was a fire ban that she was proactive enough to let us know about so we didn’t get into any trouble within the community. Overall we had an amazing time and will be staying again if we decide to take another trip back to the Poconos.
We had a great stay with two families here. The house was a great layout with lots of space and activities for all. The kids loved the arcade games and outdoor activities! It was about a 15-20 minute drive to outlets/water park. The house was well equipped and Sabrina was very responsive. Thank you!
Leak comeing from celing water comeing into kitchen . Host knew about this because property maintenance workers in and out of rental the whole time. Hot tub did not work at all. Host only offered 75.00 refund. Dirty tiolet had poop on it from prior use upon arrival. The out door area had alcohal bottles from prior people staying. We almost slipped do to the ceiling leaking water in kitchen multiple times. Very unhappy with workers comeing in and out the whole time the host Sabrina did not make things right after she knew about the leak from ceiling and not letting us know. Only offered the 75.00 refund for the hot tub not working at all.
The place is perfect for all ages and has tons of activities to do to keep ourselves busy. The house is very clean and spacious, huge bedrooms and is closer to markets which makes it very convenient. Sabrina was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place and will plan on visiting again. Thank you 👍👌
