My experience was HORRIBLE! My husband and I both called and messaged them multiple times the day of check-in but the line was either busy, rang without pickup or went to voicemail. After eventually getting in touch with someone after we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for someone to come let us in - and tell us about an unexpected tax we had to pay. There was no hot water during our 10 day stay. We called multiple times and left messages asking for help but we never got anyone to pick up the phone or respond. But they were super quick to send a request for nearly €200 via AirBnb for a noise complaint (my husband was playing music late on a holiday weekend, someone knocked and asked him to turn it down). Didn't seem to be a problem for the other guests, who blasting music, enjoying nose candy, and smoking up the place. The wifi was awful and didn't extend past the patio doors and cell signal was weak too. Also a cleaning lady walked in while I was in bed. This place was AWFUL!
