We came here for the weekend to watch our son run a trail marathon. The house was perfect. Very close to where we needed to be and the Texas hill country flowers never cease to shine during the spring time! The house was clean and very comfortable! Easy in and out and pleasant surroundings. We’d definitely come back!

We felt very lucky to have booked this lake cottage for the night before the eclipse. We ended up staying on the lower terrace above the dock for the event, bringing down snacks and enjoying the somewhat surreal setting as the water was so low and the line of docks with no boats, etc. But it was still interesting and beautiful. Great night sky! Each bedroom is lovely as are the bathrooms. Plenty of utensils and things in the kitchen. We took a walk up the street and enjoyed the wildflowers. Great to experience Texas Hill Country!

Very cozy home, just what we needed for our girls trips, plenty of room and close enough to drive to see the Bluebonnets. Steve and Shelby were great.
