Welcome to your spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in our family home. We are located right beside a park, minutes from Guelph's beautiful River Run Trail, an easy 20 minute walk to downtown, and one block from a major bus route. Keep to yourself, or come hang out with our two cats, puppy, and sip your coffee on the deck overlooking the park and creek. Our home is colorful, bright, and full of life. The townhouse is on two levels with shared spaces on the main level and bedrooms downstairs. We are a family of three humans (47, 40, and 8 years old) , two cats, and one large breed puppy (mixed breed) . We are an active household, often early risers (especially with the puppy!). Happy to find storage space for bikes or other gear that you may have with you. Just let us know what you need :)
