great location - surrounded by nature, view on the mountains, orange and lemon trees in the garden. Finding the place and check in went smoothly with available documents. Communication was good, a towel change was offered after 3/3 days. Overall highly recommend!

My recommendations for this beautiful place: -Print/write the check in code down on paper before landing in Mallorca (If possible) we came from the US and didnt have access to this information until we turned on our ESims which conveniently stopped working when we turned down the road for this villa. A neighbor gave us their wifi to access it which was wonderful. Coming from the US the one lane roads to drive down were tricky to adapt to. Most of the neighbors were not friendly (TONY is great) and were very rude in terms of driving. Beware of the bikers on the highway- they do not yield. Overall this place was wonderful. The team was very responsive during our 10 day stay. I will note it was extremely hot at night. There are no fans on sight and no airflow because the air conditioner is only on once a day for 3 hours late at night. We bought a fan so hopefully it is still there for others to use. The laundry room is in an outbuilding not attached to the property and. out back.

Leider hat die Unterkunft auf den Fotos größer ausgeschaut als sie tatsächlich war. Im Innenraum war durchgehend ein eher modriger Geruch. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nur zu vorprogrammierten Zeiten zu aktivieren. Im Außenbereich beim Pool ist es sehr schön allerdings der Geruch vom überreifen Obst von den Bäumen stört etwas.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die kleine Finca hat alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war stets unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal dort Urlaub machen
