As a host in our newly finished walk out basement, we know what's important to make you feel at home away from home. We are a young family with two lovely boys ages 6 and 9. Please keep in mind that kids will always be kids, but they are always very nice in most parts. Living room: The living room has a coffee table, sofa, blankets, and a pillow to make you feel cozy. It also has a 65-inch flat screen smart HD TV with Netflix and Amazon prime setup and is ready to watch. Kitchen: There is a full kitchen with a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and a kettle (water boiler), cookwares, coffee, basic spices and more. Bedroom: A very comfortable queen size bed with pillows and extra blankets. Washroom: Beautiful complete washroom equipped with soups, towels, washcloth, hair dryer, and more to make your stay very comfortable. Dining: There is a dining area with a glass table and 4 beautiful chairs to enjoy your meals. Backyard: Relax outside on the patio and swing and also enjoy the quietness of our neighborhood. How to access the apartment: Park on the left parking spot on the driveway and kindly use the left side entrance to go to the back of the building for the door. Laundry: The laundry machine is available for stays 4 days and more. Security: There are security cameras at the entrances of the property to provide safety for our guests. Garbage: Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the bin provided under the sink. There are also garbage bags provided under the sink.
