This charming brick duplex is the perfect getaway for your family or friend group! Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, a short ride/drive to everywhere in Charlotte! One block to 6 mile bike & nature trails, basketball, tennis, playground, Carowinds (perfect for all ages!) and 20 minute to downtown charlotte. you will stay and have access to the entire of unit 1: 2bed/2bath, 2 living room and kitchen . all units have separate entrance, both units does not share any room. HOUSE The house has large open rooms with 2bed 2 bath , 2 living room and full kitchen, is perfect for families and friend groups with an entire house for you to enjoy! This spacious house includes a large 2.8 acre yard, great for kids to run around or for guests to utilize the yard games Each of the 2 bedrooms are equipped with new memory foam mattresses, extra linens, and a closet with coat hangers. **There is NO SMOKING inside this house** Living ROOM The living room in stocked up for limitless fun! With a drawer filled full of board games, yard games (croquet, racquetball, horseshoes, corn hole, etc), a smart tv equipped with all your streaming needs (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, HMDI cables, etc) and more! With plenty of seating, it's a great place to gather your family or friends for a nice way to unwind after a long day of city fun! PETS No pets are allowed in the house or on the property. Please respect this rule. If guests are found to have brought pets with them during their stay, a fine will be charged of $500 and guests will forfeit their security deposit.. GUESTS A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to stay in this unit. If more space is needed, we have a second unit that may also be rented out via airbnb (unless already occupied during those dates). any kind or more than 8 guests are also not allowed on the property. Please contact host first to get host approve if you do wish to host the house for an event. If guests are found to have hosted an event or gathering over 8 guests without the agreement and acknowledge , a fine of $1500 will be charged and guests will forfeit their security deposit. NO smoking NO smoking inside the house. or no smoking in our woods, it can cause the fire in the woods

upper class and safe family friend neighborhood. We love this little neighborhood for its proximity to uptown and restaurants, while also offering a quiet place to unwind after a day full of activities! with close to lakes, and leisurely bike rides or walks are greatly encouraged! Not to mention, this trail connects several parks, recreational facilities, shopping and dining areas, gardens, and public art pieces!
Uptown Charlotte is only a fifteen minute drive/Uber ride. Or, If transit is more your taste, Multiple stations for the light rail system (Blue Line) are within a short driving distance, as well as various bus routes! There is also ample space in the driveway for cars (see parking rules) if you plan to travel that way! For longer distance travel, we are also located only 5 minutes from both I-77 and I-485 (major interstates).
9 minutes drive to Carowinds Amusement Park.
18 minutes drive to Uptown Charlotte Bank of America Stadium.
20 minutes to CLT airport
