Told to check in with instructions but when arrived there’s no key to collect. Called host countless times but no response. Left stranded by the roadside for 2 hours until it eventually got cancelled and no apology received from the host from their mistake.

checked in only for about less than 1hr. we switched on the aircon and within 15mins it started leaking. there's also baby cockroaches everywhere. messaged the host telling them we would be checking out because it's unsatisfactory and that we wanted a refund. they didn't even apologise or try and help with the refund. bad to contact airbnb directly. then only the host responded 22hrs later with: Hopefully, you have a good rest🥰 Your wonderful stay is meaningful to us, appreciate your feedback if there is anything we can improve for you and our future guests.🥰🥰 👋🏻 For Check Out 🕛 Check-out time: by 11am Late check out will have a penalty For a reminder, 📌please return the access card/key back to the *place you took it* (mailbox/shop lot key box / shop nearby / key box) Remember to take pictures to us as proof that you have returned back the key 😍 Thank you.
